Dietary Supplement
This is a special combination of essential vitamins and minerals for you and your growing baby. Prenga cross contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. You can use these capsules from conception through to breastfeeding.
Ingredients
DHA, iron, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc (zinc gluconate), vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate 50%), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide); bulking agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), copper (copper gluconate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); acidity regulator: citric acid; anti-caking agents: precipitated hydrated silica, magnesium stearate; folate as quatrefolic, iodine (sodium iodide), vitamin H (biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Capsule shell composition: gelatin.
Adult dose:
One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal. Swallow with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Should only be taken on a full stomach.

Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
Do not administer to children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
